Oxidation happens when free radicals bombard your cells. You have about 100 trillion cells in your body and every day each one of these cells is assaulted by over 10,000 free radicals. That damage is called oxidation. Free radicals are just atoms or molecules that have lost an electron. That happens with exposure to UV radiation or lights. Things like fluorescent light bulbs, smoking, computers, cell phones, air travel, cars and many plants, fertilizers and pesticides. Even the water we drink and the air we breathe, those actually contain free radicals.

All of those 100 trillion cells all have few things in common. One of them is that they all have a membrane which is made of something called the “Phospholipids Bilayer.” That is just fancy term for fat. Fat is one of the things that are the most easily oxidized substance in your body. We can see examples of that in your own kitchen. If you have ever fried anything then later you try to clean that vent fan and that fat is thick and sticky. That is oxidized fat.

Because our cell membranes are made primarily out of fat, as these are free radicals enter our bodies they start stealing electrons from the fat causing a huge problem. That fat then changes its character. Primarily, being a semi permeable membrane that allows oxygen and water to flow freely in, and letting carbon dioxide and a few other waste products out – instead of doing that – it starts to repel water, so the cell becomes dehydrated. So now the cell does not have enough oxygen to produce energy and inside the cell carbon dioxide is trapped along with other waste products. It effectively makes a very unhealthy cell. Those unhealthy cells will divide and multiply in your body just like all cells will do.

So healthy cells or unhealthy cells, they all do the same thing – they divide and make 2 new daughter cells that are identical to the parent cell. When that happens, you start to see tissues change, you start to see organ change, and you start to see glandular systems change.

Oxidized materials are shown as +above zero, antioxidants are either a low+ or a negative reading. Lower numbers indicate more available electrons. For example, the antioxidant CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) has an ORP of +49mV and Wheatgrass juice has an ORP of -120mV. The negative reading of Wheatgrass juice gives it a significantly higher potential for donating electrons and neutralizing free radicals than CoQ10.

The Human Blood pH and the Human Health pH – What does it mean?

pH is the abbreviation for potential of hydrogen. The pH of any solution is the measure of its hydrogen-ion concentration. The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is. The lower the pH reading, the more acidic and oxygen deprived the fluid is. The pH range is from 0 to 14, with 7.0 being neutral. Anything above 7.0 is alkaline, anything below 7.0 is considered acidic.

Human blood stays in a very narrow pH range right around (7.35 – 7.45). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. If blood pH moves towards much below 6.8 or above 7.8, cells stop functioning and the patient dies. The ideal pH for blood is 7.4.

If you have a health problem, most likely you are acidic. Research shows that unless the body’s pH level is slightly alkaline, the body cannot heal itself. So, no matter what type of modality you choose to use to take care of your health problem, it will not be as effective until the pH level is up. If your body’s pH is not balanced, you cannot effectively assimilate vitamins, minerals and food supplements. Your body pH affects everything.

Total healing of chronic illness only takes place when and if the blood is restored to a normal, slightly alkaline pH. An imbalance in the body’s pH may lead to serious health concerns, including:

An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, the water we drink (including the reverse osmosis water), emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build-up of acids in the cells will occur.

There are two factors that are always present with Cancer no matter what else may be present. Those two factors are Acid pH and Lack of Oxygen. Can we manipulate those two factors that always have to be present for cancer to develop and by doing so may help reverse the cancer? If so, we need to learn how to manipulate those two factors.

“All forms of cancer have two basic conditions: Acidosis and Hypoxia (lack of oxygen) – Cancer grows in oxygen-deprived acidic tissue… Disease cannot thrive in an alkaline body” ~ Dr Otto Heinrich Warburg, Winner of the 1931 Nobel Prize in Physiology (Discovered the Cause of Cancer in 1923).

Cancer needs an acid and low oxygen environment to survive and flourish within. Terminal cancer patients are around 1000 times more acidic than normal healthy people. The vast majority of terminal cancer patients possess a very low body pH. Why? In the absence of oxygen, glucose undergoes fermentation to lactic acid. This causes the pH of the cell to drop from between 7.3 to 7.2 down to 7 and later to 6.5 in more advanced stages of cancer and in metastases the pH drops to 6.0 and even 5.7 or lower. Our bodies simply cannot fight disease if our body pH is not properly balanced. The normal human cell has a lot of molecular oxygen and a slightly alkaline pH. The cancer cell has an acid pH and lack of oxygen. Cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment. At a pH slightly above 7.4 cancer cells become dormant and at pH 8.5 cancer cells will die while healthy cells will live. Again, the higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is. Cancer and all diseases hate oxygen / pH balance. The proper alkalinity pH of the blood (7.35 – 7.45) is critical for the overall health of the body.

Remember that the pH number is an exponent number of 10; therefore, a small difference in pH translates to a big difference in the number of oxygen or OH-ions. A difference of 1 in a pH value means ten times the difference in the number of OH-ions, a difference of 2 means one hundred times the difference in the number of OH-ions. In other words, blood with a pH value of 7.45 contains 64.9% more oxygen than blood with a pH value of 7.30.

Structured water drinkers have survived the Chernobyl Radiation Poisoning!!

On April 26, 1986, the No. 4 reactor in Chernobyl, Ukraine, suffered a nuclear meltdown. It was by far the most serious nuclear accident the world had ever seen. Huge amounts of radiation were released into the atmosphere and spread over an enormous area by prevailing wind currents. Large numbers of people were drastically affected.

After initially denying that there was any problem, the Soviet government evacuated 130,000 people from a 750,000 acre area surrounding the site of the disaster. Most of these people had suffered immense radiation exposure prior to their evacuation. Many more people in areas well outside of the evacuation zone also suffered strong radiation exposure. Many thousands ultimately died of radiation poisoning.

In the years following this disastrous nuclear accident, an anomalous occurrence was discovered. The people living in a remote Caucasus Mountain region, which had been blanketed by radiation, were somehow spared the expected effect which had been observed in surrounding areas. This region was well known for its healing springs. Miraculously, in the village where the springs were located, nobody had contracted cancer or radiation sickness. This was considered to be quite unexplainable.

A team of top Russian scientists, led by Dr. Igor Smirnoff, was sent to the area to investigate this. The scientists studied all the potential factors to try to explain the anomalous results. At first nothing could be identified. Finally an investigation of the water everybody drank was conducted. There was nothing unusual identified in the water’s mineral or chemical content. But, as they looked deeper, they discovered that the arrangement of the molecules in their drinking water was most unusual.

Water molecules are usually bound together in a random fashion and form large loosely arranged clusters. In order for cells of the human body to absorb ordinary water molecules and become hydrated, the body must expend a lot of energy to break apart the clusters. However, when water is structured, i.e., organized as single individual molecules or as a chain of individual molecules, it can readily slip into the cells of the human body. The special water of this region was naturally structured and could very efficiently and totally hydrate human cells with which it came into contact. This is in contrast to the large clustered form of water molecules that exists in most sources of water.

The water that the people living in the Caucasus Mountain region were drinking was inherently structured. As a result, the cells in the bodies of this population were being efficiently flushed and cleansed. The radioactive toxins stood no chance of persisting in this group of people.

In 2003, Dr. Peter Agre of John Hopkins University was awarded with a Nobel Prize for Chemistry for discovering “Aquaporins” or as he called it, “The plumbing system for cells.” There are these openings that are only few molecules of water wide in every cell. Aquaporins selectively conduct water molecules in and out of the cell, while preventing the passage of ions and other solutes. Also known as water channels, Aquaporins are integral membrane pore proteins. Aquaporins allow the water we drink to pass through the cell membrane one molecule at a time. When we drink micro-clustered water, the smaller, weaker clusters are able to release single molecules easier, allowing them to pass through the Aquaporins more quickly, hydrating the cell faster.

When you are dehydrated, you can fall victim to a myriad of problems including headaches, low energy, allergies, joint pain, constipation, and many other unpleasant symptoms.

In a hydrated cell viruses are not able to multiply so that lends itself to the understanding that if we give the body what it needs to function optimally, we can avoid the life threatening protocols involving chemotherapy, radiation, and drugs. It is not the cancer that really hurts people. Statistically around 45% of the patients having cancer will die of cachexia – wasting of protein, all their lean body mass. The rest of them, then, die from the treatment.

In other words, really nobody dies from the cancer. When a patient gets immuneosupressed and they have cancer, what actually takes them? Liver failure, kidney failure, pneumonia, sepsis – but all these things are usually associated with also the person getting chemo and radiation.

The main reason for proper hydration of cells is that the water molecules go inside through these openings (channels) one by one with the speed of several billion per second. It is therefore very important for the human body to re-organize water in so-called single linear structure so it can easily penetrate the cells. If the water has different type of structure or if it is densely clustered (which we usually consume), then it requires a lot of energy for the human body to create proper structure.

We are well advised to drink structured water to ensure our bodies receive adequate hydration. In this way our in-built immune system will have the means to protect us from the myriad of unhealthy inputs that our present day environment throws at us.
