As a Wellness Coach, Hydration Specialist, Author, and Functional Nutritionist, I am dedicated to transforming lives through holistic health and personal development.
With a foundation built on academic excellence, including a B.Sc. (Gold Medalist) from St. Aloysius College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management, my journey has been marked by continuous learning and professional growth. My career at Canara Bank spanned 32 years, culminating in my transition to the wellness domain in 2006. Since then, I have devoted myself to coaching, mentoring, and educating individuals and organizations on wellness principles.
Throughout my career, I have earned numerous qualifications, including a Diploma in Cellular Nutrition Therapy, a Certificate in Emotional Freedom Techniques, and an International Hydration Specialist designation. My work has been recognized globally with awards such as the “Doctor of Honors,” “Knights of Charity,” and “Knight Commander” from Medicina Alternativa, Colombo.
I am proud to be the Chief Regional Director of Empower India Movement and a senior global distributor for Enagic India Kangen Water. My wellness enterprise, “Success Life Creation,” established in 2009, aims to create a “World of Wellness” through continuous education programs, motivational sessions, and life-changing transformations.
My methodology revolves around personalized coaching, scientifically validated wellness products, and a holistic approach to health. I believe in the power of hydration, nutrition, and mental motivation to elevate overall well-being. My books, such as “Hydrate to Elevate” and “Quantum Leap to Success,” reflect my commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering others to achieve peak performance.
